question : How long rebound insomnia xanax last
So I managed to wean xanax. All is well really major problems, but the only drawback is that it is really difficult to sleep without them. I work 10 hours every day, I’ll go to bed at midnight and I wake up the ladder at 5 o’clock in the morning. Then if I do not sleep I usually wake up every hour or for one reason. So overall, I have maybe four or five hours a night if I’m lucky, every hour to wake up in between. I wonder how long this latest rebound insomnia? Anyway to make it better? I tried to take melatonin and it’s night, in which it works really well and other nights where it does not work. I heard that you take every night for several weeks even though it actually started to work very good. Is this true? Rebound insomnia

First, congratulations to the interruption of the xanax because it is extremely difficult for me to trust, it does! Melatonin is a very good supplement, but they have a thing called high Walgreens “calm”, to relax really good for you because it has lavender and chamomile. You can take them together. I also propose a relaxation CD, where they take you through the steps of relaxation. But the problem is really sucking for weeks, even months. Even a bedtime routine that will signal your brain that sleep is the time. Steam clean the light, teeth and wash face. Just like xanax is a sleeping pill, it should throw routines of your brain time to sleep! Habits take a long time to break in, and more. So will you ensure the same time each night and wake up at once to sleep each idea. Also, congratulations! and good> luck !!!!!
