i dont recommend those pills because i have heard they serisouly raise your thoughts about suicide or just make the problems worst.
just find someone you feel comfortable with. you are going to have to talk about your problems sometime
Usually, you will be referred to a psychiatrist. I know it’s hard to talk about your problems, but it’s necessary in order to get better. I’d advise you to talk to your doctor about anti depressants if your depression is that bad. I’d also advise you to arrange seeing your therapist more often, if that’s an option. If you aren’t seeing her often enough, how will she ever help you?
I hope everything works out for you. <3
