Question : sleep aid medication?
Im taking attivan to go to sleep. 2mg and sometimes it will take a while for me to sleep. evey now and then a friend gives me percacep and I find it that after awhile I sleep better on it but the high has to wear off first. Any other sleep aids? I work long hours 5am til 9pm and exercise 2-3 times a week. I hate ambiant cause its addicting

ativan is addicting also, its not really for sleep its a anti -anxiety & percocet ? thats a pain pill..also very addicting, try remeron & antidepressant it worked for me but i was tired of eating everything..their are alot of other sleeping pills that are non addictive but none has worked for me other than taking 75mg of dyphenhidramine..but talk 2 your doctor 1st
