YES!
And the “crappy, cloudy weather” is being caused by artificial clouds made by chemtrails. It is called ‘geoengineering’ by the scientific community and it is also poisoning our air. There is no fresh air anymore, it just smells like car exhaust or pesticide even in the Winter.
Get a copy of Atlantic Montly magazine. On page 70 there’s an article on artificially cooling down the planet. Also the April 27, 2009 edition of Maclean’s magazine (Canada) has an article about this.

This light box really works. Not just for cloudy climates! I’m here in sunny southern Cal and it really has helped my sleep cycle and getting rid of moodiness. It works on more than the retina. It works on the aura/magnetic field. Sit down legs crossed with a hooded jacket on. Now put the unit on behind you so you never see the light directly. You will have the same effect as putting it on a table top with peripheral vision to the light. do half table top/half chair right next to you. it works!
